Hii mam I am 5th month pregnant when I take iron tablets it makes me to vomit 2 days and i get tired . So i thought of stopping this is it ok or what can i do for this please answer me

It's better  to continue iron supplements maybe some other brand and component it contains. Your hemoglobin  level should be  around  11 and 12 when you think of stopping  the supplements
