Iron n ese report not ok

I got full body health checkup and I found that my iron is 32 and ESR is 30 it is showing in report that I am anemic. more over my haemoglobin is 9.9 .so please suggest me what to take iron and as my iron is too less from the reference point and what is ESR and how to deal with it

For your information , about 90% of Indian women have Hb less than 10gm% . Please share the other reports which you have got. I would first like to be sure that it is Iron deficiency anaemia.
