Iron + folic acid tablets?

Can you please suggest some folic acid + iron tablets which is safe for short term? Maybe 1-2 weeks? I did cbc, shows 15.8% rdw rest is fine. I am having a lot of hairfall. My cousin who does mbbs said you can take iron and folic acid tbalets but didnt mention what. Can you please suggest some supplements, thank you.

Iron n folic acid for two weeks.?????? No effect One month tab gives 1 gm% of hb. Fefol cap One at night after dinner, stool colour change, don't worry.
