I am an IT employee working from home, recently I did the blood test and got to know lack of Haemoglobin and Iron. May I know natural solutions please?

You should start salad (beetroot, cucumber, carrot). also take cooked spinach with2 to 3 drop of lemon in morning meal. #Avoid outdoor food Fast food non veg. #Add Dates(khajur)2to4 picese in a day resins -8 to 10 daily pomegranate- 1 daily

What's the hb level? In general u can follow these. Use raagi, green leafy vegetables, iron vessels for cooking, sesame oil and black sesame seeds. Use amla,butter milk, red meat if you are non vegetarian, moong dal , pomegranate, red rice in diet.
