I am 25 yrs old male. I have iron deficiency anemia.. I saw on google that iron level in fermented rice is high. Does Eating fermented rice daily increase my iron level?

Hey my personal experience is just depending on one single source like fermented rice for daily iron requirements isn’t enough you must add other sources to supplement iron as well

It will helpful but depending on digetion power, and any single food is not good option, better way try to consume verity iron food.and along with iron, vitamin C, vit D & protein also important. So use combination. For better results please consult with nutritionist/dietician.

If have Iron deficiency  you need to maintain vitamin .c daily requirements . Vitamin c helps to absorption of Iron in body .Iron is an essential element for blood production. About 70 percent of your body's iron is found in the red blood cells of your blood called hemoglobin and in muscle cells called myoglobin. Hemoglobin is essential for transferring oxygen in your blood from the lungs to the tissues.

Fermented rice, millets, dates, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruit juice and lemon wedge( vit C for Iron absorption) Non veg- eggs, chicken liver ,lean chicken etc
