All big government hospitals are giving 2 doses of ipv .I am Delhi based and in Delhi big hospitals like lok Nayak,kalawati,Safdarjung,Deen Dayal are offering the vaccine.check the big hospitals in your locality .Mostly a hospital which has a medical college attached with it is giving the vaccine.
