Can ipill cause ectopic pregnancy. Is it possible to be ectopic, even upt is negative. Does menstrurion after ipill means not pregnant?

Your question is in three parts : (1) i pill doesn't cause any type of pregnancy. It tries to prevent pregnancy. I pill fails sometimes . And when it fails the pregnancy will be there, whether Ectopic or intrauterine. (2) Ectopic pregnancy gives a weak UPT. Even the beta HCG test is weak (low level of beta HCG). (3) Yes. Menstruation after i pill means that the patient is not pregnant.

Failure of contraception and chances of pregnancy is there with I pill.. It can b ectopic also But when upt is negative.. Chances of pregnancy is less and along with that if u hav got ur normal menses and upt negative.. Rules our pregnancy
