Had ipill within 72 hrs Had spotting brown and now sometimes fresh red (im getting close to my period date) Was unprotected but not released inside. Spotting day 10 going on. What is the percentage of pregnancy? Does the long spotting duration means something is wrong ? I have had hormone issues in the past due to pituitary gland issue.

Taking ipill within 72 hours cuts pregnancy risk quite a bit, so nobody can give you an exact percentage from that alone.
Next Steps
Given your pituitary history, please get this ten-day spotting reviewed by your gynaecologist instead of waiting it out.

Percentage of you getting  pregnant will depend upon which day in the cycle is happened The spotting is a side effect of the emergency pill in take which is called withdraw bleeding and it is unpredictable how long it is going to last Side effects of emergency pills can last up to a month
