I have been having involuntary jerks while going to sleep and having muscle twitches all over the Body while at rest .what could this be

If you are having involuntary jerky movements at the age of 22 years then you should consult a General Physician, or preferably a Neurophysician. Such things can't be taken lightly.

It can be due to defeciency. Get vit d b12 blood test done . And fluid intake should be good in your body.
