My MRI whole abdomen show The uterus is retroverted , measuring ~ 5.8 x 5.3 x 6.8 cm and shows smooth globular outline. Posterior junctional zone is thickened and measuring ~ 9 mm. Anterior junctional zone is illdefined.Multiple T2 hypointense intramural lesions are seen in anterior and posterior uterine walls, ranging in size from 2 to 14 mm. Largest lesion measuring ~ 14 x 8.8 mm is seen in fundal region. And lmp is 9-2-25 Having no symptoms it's serious or normal to have fibroid as in 2017 I was operate myomectomy for submucosal fibroid now in 2025 show again fibroid Plz suggest any medicine medications methods for fibroid to shrink it or suggest what to do for now correct age is my 49 year plz do the needful .

at the age of 49 doing myomectomy is (non indicated). only hysterectomy is correct treatment

There are multiple small fibroids Not all fibroids needs treatment Asymptomatic fibroid If u do not bleed for more than 7 days Or before 21 days U do not require any treatment
