X ray looks good..You can definitely start full weight bearing and walking without support in my opinion as fixation and fracture healing looks good. But consult your orthopedic before starting it

Well the surgery looks pretty good and fracture is healing too. In my practice I will start with partial weight bearing at this stage (toe touch walking with walker) and full weight bearing at 12-18 weeks based on fracture union on X-ray
Next Steps
Should consult and discuss your recovery plan and timelines with your surgeon. Getting a Physio at home will be a good option.
Health Tips
Healthy protein rich diet Quad strengthening exercises Be watchful while walking
