Interpret my echo (concern for pah)

I do echo about 3 months ago. In those time I had a spike in blood pressure 140/92 and with severe anexity and echo says mild pah (TRPG 41 mmhg) . But after 1 month of propanonol and more of 2 months without any medication I do echo and it says normal study ( TRPG 22 mmhg, TAPSE- 26 mm). What should I do now.
