Intermittent lower back pain

Hi Dr, I have been facing pain on my lower back intermittently since three months as i had to work for 13-14 hrs continously. But though i am taking breaks in between and doing suryanamaskar pain is still same. Its bothering me now ?is it is severe ? What tests do i need to under go?is it is a common pain can be healed or something serious. I never had it before its past few months only. Thanks in Advance..

You need to careful about ur posture at work place. Avoid bending and carrying weights. Use regular breaks from sitting n stretch ur back. Do exercises. Thanks

Hello Practo User, This is due to wrong posture ,as you also work for long time. Try and correct your posture while sitting,take frequent breaks and take little walks. If still no relief,get an x-ray of your back.
