So IF is beneficial for the gut and energy levels, but if in order to maintain the fasting you are skipping/delaying breakfast it will be counterproductive. This will increase cortisol (stress hormones) which in turn will increase insulin resistance causing higher estrogen and androgen (the main problem with PCOS). Also what you eat during the fasting state is far more important- minerals like zinc, magnesium etc.
