I have sound body good health.my problem is when I try to intercourse with my wife I discharge very quickly.but if I start intercourse after musterbation I stay long time but after musterbation I need more time to erect my penis.
I have no disease. My b.p is normal
Thyroid aslo normal.
I want to stay long time during intercourse. I tried to stay long that's why I do musterbation before intercourse but after musterbation it need time to erect so my wife became angry on me

How long do u take to get the erection the second time after masturbation? Try masturbating two hours before intercourse. Drink plenty of water . Indulge more in foreplay. Try changing positions. Practice kegel exercise u can read about it on the internet. For more details consult a doctor.
