Hi, Sugar craving is a sign of hormonal imbalance in the body due to lack of nutritious meals on time and in enough quantity. Increase the portion of breakfast and lunch. Have small frequent meals 2-2.5 hourly. If cravings still persist have rajgeera chikki pieces, Raisins or small pieces of Anjeer.
