Instrument separation in root canal

I was going through RCT and the doctor told me that an instrument got separated in the canal while the procedure. Is it dangerous and will cause future concerns. And what should I do now? Please help.

It's a very common thing t happen...we can bypass d instrument and do permanent filling..plz don't worry about d same

It's nothing to worry about. Instrument separation is definitely treatable. Your dentist may call in an Endodontist or Root Canal Specialist who can assist him in removal of separated instrument and complete the RC or they may choose to bypass the instrument and complete the filling procedure.
