Instinct fluid from both ear n pain also

Before month ago I had lung infection and  it's heeling now but now Instinct fluid is coming from ear n paining also.please suggest me what to do now ?? Thanks in advance!!

You haved probably developed a ear drum perforation and infection.  Please seek an ENT consultation asap  to get it examined.
