Insomnia sleep problem

I have this problem years before. Normally i go to bed at 10 o clock but after 2 to 3 hours i goes in sleep. I am feeling anxiety and depressed mood. Suggest me what pills i take to sleep early and to live a better life.

Delayed sleep onset can be prevented by: - sleeping in a quiet, dark and cool room -avoid watching tv while falling asleep -avoid coffee, tea , tobacco and cigarette before sleep -avoid heavy meal before sleeping -avoid vigorous exercise before sleeping -avoid seeing clock/time again and again whilst lying in bed
