Try and practice sleep hygiene which includes -- limiting your phone usage at night , avoid heavy meals or caffeine , try and take a warm shower at night , take warm relaxing tea before bed , try and talk to close family members or friends on a regular basis. Join a hobby or intrest class to keep yourself occupied. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions.
