Insomnia problem

I usually lay in bed for almost 2 hrs but am unable to sleep . Pls help me to sleep properly and quickly

issues with initiation of sleep can have multiple reasons, could be due to stress, environmental factors, physical health issues or insomnia. needs more evaluation and appropriate help accordingly.
