I do not sleep properly for a long time..Don't sleep late..Sleep opens at night..Something goes on in the brain..Do i have any sleep disorder..How can i cure it
Make a regular routine and follow it.
Make time for exercises and walk.
Do relaxation exercises like deep breathing
Listen to soothing music before sleeping and read an book.
Avoid mobile.
Hi. Insomnia is common but it is easily treatable. Pl follow sleep hygeine, don’t use social media and electronic devices one hour before sleeping.
