Hello doctors i am unable to sleep on time i dont want to sleep and if i want to sleep i can't altough i am completeing my 8-9 hours sleep but my shedule is not good what to do pls help

Considering your age , lifetyle modification should be best option. Please ask yourself Q:How many hrs do u spend on gadgets like mobile etc? Q: What is your caffeine intake? Q: Do you consume alcohol/tobacco ? Q: Do u chat or scroll late night? Q: Any stress? Anything bothering you.? Q. Do you exercise , meditate, yoga? And are there any other symptoms like mood changes, anxiety, fear, stress, that might need. Medical attention.? Please be honest with your self.
Next Steps
1 Follow healthy diet, decrease caffeine, alcohol intake. 2 Follow sleep hygeine religiously. (imp) 3 Limit gaget use, Reduce screen time to half. 4 Do physical exercise,  mindfulness, yoga , running. 5 Switch off your phone and don't use it at night, . Not falling asleep , keep lying on bed staring at roof but avoid touching your mobile. Withtime things will start getting better. Will take efforts  to incorporate this in your life but that discomfort of few days can help you . Depending on pills at this stay not a great option. Hope you know 21 day concept.
