U have obvious cause of insomnia ,that is miscarriage.
Consciously or unconsciously u are worry or tensed or sad due to miscarriage. It is quite natural.
But u have to prepared ur mind that any thing may happen in life but we have to move on.
Dont worry consult proper gynaecologist and try for next pregnancy.
Do regular yoga,take nutritious food,exercise regularly, take care of ur mental health.
