Insomnia, disturbed circadian rhythm

I am a student and since 3-4 years I have been sleeping in morning and studying at night due to which I am unable to wake up in morning now. No matter what, I try have already tried exercising, warm milk but cannot sleep at night. Have read about taking Medha vati Patanjali. Is it advisable to start ? As it is now causing me poor concentration, sleepiness in morning, and poor quality sleep. Please advice. Thank you in advance

Hi, Meditation is best way to improve your condition. Enough exercise is advisable. Take bramhi vati 2tab with saraswat arishtha, 3 tsf at night time. Avoid sleeping in day time. With help of alarm try to wakes up early. For 21days Golden Rule of 21 will help you
