I am a medical student preparing for my exams.have anxiety and insomnia .palpitation and history of chest pain.

Pay attention on your nutrition, exercise and relaxation exercises. Make sure you are focussing on leisure activities too. Exams time gets overwhelming and snows us down. Make aure to take proper breaks. Get in touch with a counselor to help you ease off your anxieties.
