Don't worry
Fordyces spots are are not contagious nor are caused by bacterial or viral infections. These appear due to enlarged glands in the skin. Mostly seen on gums, Lips, cheeks. No need of treatment. If they look not aesthetic like on lips you can go for cosmetic treatments.
