Sir my self bhupesh patel Age 35 Last 1 year many small small bubble type spot show inside right cheek not any side eefect i consult doctor and he suggests me that are fordyce spot but I got tension many time on this problem like it's dengerous or not y symptom are not go away so please suggest what kind I do I not chewing tobacco

It's an absolutely normal finding . You don't need any treatment . These are just oil granules which are not harmful.It's not a problem so relax.

Hello Don't worry Fordyces spots are are not contagious nor are caused by bacterial or viral infections. These appear due to enlarged glands in the skin. Mostly seen on gums, Lips, cheeks. No need of treatment. If they look not aesthetic like on lips you can go for  cosmetic treatments.
