Some insect bite in the mng 11 am after 3 hrs there was redness and pain on the rash and side also from afternoon am feeling restlessness and drowsy and shoulders are painng what it is am unable to understand plz help me ..it's very urgent. It is like this in the picture I applied some Nivea cream bit I don't know what's wrong
