This morning i was climbing a wooden ladder and due to some malfunction in ladder suddenly ladder falls and i fall on the ladder and ladder was in horizonal placed and i fall on  my shin bone facing the ladder step and i was in xtreme pain and after word is start slow bleeding and when i stand on my injured leg it is paining really hard so suggest me some treatment and medicine to waiting for your response. Thank you
