Injection lump and swelling

I took a tetanus injection 5 days back in right arm. a small lump formed with redness after 24 hrs. i asked a nurse and am applying hot pack on the area twice daily.. please suggest is anything else should be done to reduce the redness and lump.

Please apply ice pack no hot packs. There is a medication which can reduce it sooner. Consult me online on practo
