Ingrowinv toenails can trouble a lot at times.  You are having sequelae to Ingrowing toe nail on one side. Plastic surgeons usually remove the problematic nail bed from sides. The new nail comes but it does not ingrow and solves the problem. Procedure is done under local anesthesia or local blocks. General anesthesia or spinal anesthesia can be avoided if requested by the patient. Right now it needs antibiotics once it settles down you can go for removal.

You need surgery for this. It is a small procedure. It cannot be done without anaesthesia. But only local anaesthesia is needed.

Hi. You have a granuloma formation also at the site of ingrowing nail. It should come down with medication and then your dermatologist will plan partial / total nail avulsion accordingly. Anaesthesia is a mandate.
