In my both toenails is wound due to ingrow nails from 3-4month. When i visit to doctor they give me date for surgery but when they give me anaesthetic in toenail (total 8 very painful). But anaesthetic didn't work so they suggest me go to higher hospital so now i am afraid from taking anaesthetic syringe again can there is another way to cure ingrown toenail wound without taking syringe. Does it affect my toe if i don't visit hospital.

Anaesthesia might not have been given correctly. partial nail avulsion is done for ingrown toe nail and this is a simple procedure.

Hi...you are just unlucky to land with a doctor who is not adept at giving a good toe block anaesthesia... You are welcome to visit Juvenis Clinic in Bombay for getting your surgery done by the best dermatosurgeon. Ingrown toe nail often can be a recurrent issue. You also need to have a proper footwear which does not squash your toes in front.
