Hello, In last 2 years I had gone through digestion and mental issues, which has impacted my overall health, now my mental health and digestive health are comparatively better. But still, I am not able to regain strength or weight. I came across rasayan churna, many places say it should be taken with equal amount of honey and ghee. Can I start it with honey and ghee.
