Hello doc i m trying from past 2 year with ovulation induction nd 1 iui failed. I have pmos as my doc says nd my husband have asthentetrozoospermia . We are clueless what should be our next step .should we leans toward oi or iui more . Not kneen for ivf right now

Two years of trying with PCOS on your side and asthenoteratozoospermia on your husband's side is a real combination that usually needs an active plan, not more waiting.

Discuss with your fertility specialist whether another round of IUI makes sense given how the sperm parameters are affecting things, or whether it's time to talk through IVF or ICSI even if you're not ready to commit yet.
