Can a retroverted uterus become antiverted by hysteroscopy. My uterus is retroverted and after hysteroscopy it becomes antiverted in reports

No .. there are many factors for the uterus to be retroverted and hysteroscopy is not a method for its treatment. Ultrasound being an image can be interpreted differently in different circumstances and by different person.
