Hello I was suffering from endometriosis from past two years. I tried to concieve naturally for a year but failed.  In this February I had my endometriosis surgery, After surgery I was told my one fallopian tube is blocked and cyst has convered right ovary. They suggested me to go for iui or ivf. What should I go for, what is the success rate as only one fallopian tube and ovary is fine.

The success rate of IUI is 10-15% per cycle and for IVF 40-50%. If your husband's semen and your AMH are OK, you can try 2-3 cycles of IUI first and then IVF. Otherwise directly going for IVF may be better option.
