Infertility ,amh and AFC

I went for an AMH test which shows 0.03 and AFC shows only 1 follicle on the right side and 0 on the left. The doctor advised not to go for IVF as no eggs are found ,the only possibility is donor eggs. I am not open to that option. Please let me know if there are any other ways to get pregnant.🙏
