Infection in ring finger in left hand from last 2 months. Pain is fluctuating Redness near nails. Please suggest medication and precautions needs to be taken

This looks like chronic paronychia. Best treatment would be surgical removal of nail under local anaesthesia. A new nail will come back once the nail bed becomes healthy.
