Hi Sir/Madam I am having itching problem and some rashes between my thighs and I have attached photo of it please recommend me some medications. Thanks 🙏

It's Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation

It is fungal infection also known as tinea infection. You should be taking proper anti fungal course for complete recovery. Keep the area dry and clean. Avoid tight and synthetic clothes. Wear dry clothes. Wipe off the extra sweat.
