Indigestion and constipation

I have done all allopathy usg, endoscopy, lft, kft, tsh etc. test and taken unienzyme tablet 2bid, and sorbiline 2tsp after meal. And all syrup of constipation but in morning not motion only little watery stool come. And whole body weakness and pain. Kindly suggest best liver syrup for indigestion. Liv 52ds or liverex syrup which one

Take easily digestible food. Avoid heavy meal. Your digestive system need correction. Need the reports. Take 3 litre water in a day Take fruits. Include ginger in food more.
