Index finger - swollen, hard, itchy

Hi, the bottom portion of my index finger is hard and slightly swollen, and is very itchy. Attaching a pic with this question. It's been like this since a few months now. Please advise.

It seems to be an allergic dermatitis rash. But the swelling that you are reporting could be indicative of a localized infection. Kindly meet with a dermatologist in person so it can be properly examined. It is nothing major, will be easily controlled but getting it properly assessed is important. Hope this was helpful.
