I diagnosed with PCOD. I got my periods after four months ten days. My prolactin level was 29 ng/ml two months ago. Now It's 69 ng/ml. I've done the blood test when I'm on 2nd day of my periods. Can prolactin increase the time of Menstruation?

Prolactin should be tested in the morning time after waking up and high levels needs to be corrected asap to avoid irregular menstruation and infertility. Kindly connect for further guidance.
