Increasing breast size and weight

Hi I am 24 year old woman I have been facing a problem of increasing breast size from past 4-5 years and it came to 36 E size I am scared that it is going to increase more I found it very uncomfortable and embarrassing. I want to reduce it through tablet or pills kindly help.
