I just had a growth scan done at 24week 5 days and report mentioens Afi on higher end of normal i.e 16.6 At my 22 week appointment due to less weight gain doctor prescribed me arginine  two times a day . I was taking it only one time a day. At the recent appointment I asked gynac about increased afi and she said it might be due to arginine and asked to take it once a day , I told her I am taking it once a day only  and she said it's fine then. I am now confused and worried , should I take it or take it alteramte days . Also this increasef afi can be associated with some fetal issues. Really worried. My anomaly and fetal echo at 20 weeks were normal. And at recent scan Doppler and placenta functionaing was also good. Baby is in 31 percentile Please any advice will be appreciated.
