Incomplete RBBB is usually a benign finding. I understand the worry, but incomplete right bundle branch block is in most cases a benign finding, and it is quite common in young healthy people including athletes. It is not a heart disease by itself - it is only a description of how the electrical impulse travels through the right side of the heart, and in the absence of symptoms it usually needs no treatment at all. A misplaced V1/V2 lead placed too high on the chest can indeed mimic this pattern, so the simplest step is a repeat ECG with careful correct lead placement; if the pattern disappears, it was positional. If it persists, one echocardiogram is enough to confirm the heart structure is normal and then you can be reassured and simply reviewed if symptoms appear. Do come for urgent evaluation if you develop chest pain, breathlessness on exertion, palpitations, or fainting spells. I would not read anything more into it beyond that - you can book a consult with me on Practo if you would like me to go through the ECG and plan the echo.

If you have symptoms like palpitation breathlessness etc see a cardiologist and do an echocardiogram otherwise if you’re healthy ,incomplete rbb is harmless

It's a normal ECG. Not incomplete RBBB. Don't worry If you still have problem, get a 2D echo done to find d reason

Go for 2D echo and go to the nearby cardiologist with the respective reports
