After the age of 35 years; there is a steep decline in female fertility because of rapid depletion of eggs. You are already 37yrs; do AMH levels to check on your egg reserve status. Have all other fertility tests done on a priority basis. As for your antidepressants; if your cycles are regular; need not worry too much. It is easy to manage your raised thyroid and prolactin levels with appropriate medications. Confirm with your psychiatrist about the safety of the antidepressant that you are taking.
Next Steps
See a fertility specialist and get onto fertility treatment.
Health Tips
Do not wait too long; it may decrease your chances of fertility further.
