Dear Docter With fever my platelates count On 29th April 65000 30h April 59000 2nd April 37000 3rd Apr 59000 4 Apr 61000 5 Apr 71000 Today 6th Apr) again decrease at 63000 Note : Dengue,Malaria , liver test all are negative Pls help My question is why in the recovering stage it's decreased today again now I have no fever also from yesterday anything serious??
