If ER PR test...ER postive ,PR negative means...!whether chemotheraphy needed or not?What are the side effects of harmone theraphy...for a pre menopause lady at the age of 40.life sustainable rate?please let me know.thank you.

Er /pr can only suggest for hormonal therapy not on chemo.other factors in histopath report are needed for it.

Requirement/ indication of Chemotherapy doesn’t depend on ER/PR status. Disease out come depend on many other factors .
