Soy meal maker and milk are both fine protein sources in pregnancy, including with a malt drink like Boost mixed in occasionally. Nothing here raises a concern for 6 weeks.
Next Steps
Keep these as part of a varied diet with fruits, vegetables, and dairy rather than relying on any one item daily, and make sure meals are freshly cooked.
Health Tips
A sugary drink like Boost is best kept occasional rather than daily. Please mention this to your obstetrician at your next visit so they can confirm it fits your plan.
