Improving stamina and strength

Hello, I try to lead an active lifestyle, but I get tired easily. I can't run continuously beyond 1.5 km at a stretch and likewise on the cross trainer. Similarly, I get exhausted after 30-45 minutes of gym exercises.. I have started taking protein shakes and try to consume healthy meals (except that I have a sweet tooth, so I like to consume sweets). Wondering if Shilajit and Ashwagandha capsule could help in restoring/ improving the strength..

Ashwagandha and shilajit will help you definitely.  But you should try to find out reason of your tiredness with proper consultation.  Improper digestion and metabolism also leads to tiredness.

Yes ashwagandha And shilajit will definitely help in improving your strength! One thing you need to know is- AYURVEDA says every patient is different according to his Or her prakriti( body constitution)  as well as bal( strength) ..
